Advantages of Attached Cap

The natural 0.2ml 8-strip PCR tube with attached cap is a convenient scientific laboratory tool. The attached angular snap caps are easy to fit. The lids protect study samples from cross-contamination (lids are separate) and spillage. During a PCR study, the samples are exposed to heat and, therefore, turn into vapour. The caps prevent the moisture from escaping the reaction tube.

The PCR tubes also feature a thin wall with a slight thickness and a round bottom. It allows for maximum exposure to heat and ensures a uniform spread of the heat.
