Application

The deep well plates and combs are designed explicitly for use with the Thermo Scientific™  KingFisher™ Purification System (Duo Prime, Flex, Apex and Presto). It is a versatile tool for laboratory for functionality and compatibility with various working systems.

The product also conforms to international SBS Standards.

Material and Advantages

The production utilizes medical-grade polypropylene material. The reason is that polypropylene has a low affinity for binding biomolecules and is leachable. Therefore, it is suitable for designing laboratory tools to test biomolecules such as protein and nucleic acid content in study samples. The transparent material also allows users to observe and examine the samples during the study.

The low affinity to biomolecules, quality of material, and the ability to withstand both high s and low temperatures make the WeLab deep well plates and combs perfect tools for magnetic particle processing. The isolated proteins improve at a wide range including (nucleic including acid testing) when using the WeLab deep well plates and combs compatible with Kingfisher.
