Features of Thin Wall
The natural 0.2ml 8-strip PCR tube provides quality testing features in a lab. The tubes feature thin walls with a similar thickness from the conical bottom up to the tight-fitting caps. A thin wall allows the equal spread of heat through the tube into the sample under study, maximizing the expected results and minimizing the margin of error. Suitable for Real Time PCR(qPCR).
Leakage Proof Cap
Once fit, the caps reduce the volume of air in the tubes during a PCR test, protect the samples against contamination, and prevent spillage or leakage. Caps have one extra function: to prevent sample evaporation during the test due to heat application. Plus, the lids are clear, offering real-time optical-based examinations during a PCR test.
Material
The PCR tubes can withstand the heat due to the quality of the manufacturing material (polypropylene). The medical-grade production material offers stable, longer-lasting, and ultra-clear PCR tubes. Since the production occurs in a 100K clean classroom, all WeLab PCR tubes are non-pyrogenic, and DNase and RNase-free.
