The design of transport tube 1.5ml provides for a self-standing base and a screw cap.
The screw cap seals the contents of the tube. It prevents spillage in case the tube falls or overturns during storage. Also, it protects the samples from contamination, ensuring comprehensive study results. Plus, the screw cap is threaded on the surface around faster and easier rotating to open and close.
WeLab transport tube 1.5ml has transparent tube walls. These optimize visual clarity when observing specimens stored in the sample.
The material makes for the tube is polypropylene. It is a stable material that can withstand very high temperatures during storage or transportation or up to 121oC. It can be used to store specimens at freezing temperatures to drop -70oC. These properties also indicate that it is autoclavable for sterilization before use.
